Who is with me Do you struggle with Food Guilt? Is it sabotaging your goals? Making you over think everything you eat?
Is your list of “BAD” foods increasing? Do you restrict your self so much when you give in you see it as a fail and Binge eating? Do you feel ashamed after you fall off the wagon? I have struggled and it’s taken some time to feel ready to help others alongside helping myself. I no longer want to let the food be a BAD thing in my life?
