GINGER & LEMON SALMON

and healthy supper


35 minutes Serves 2 Easy


Ingredients

  • spray low cal cooking spray

  • Two pieces pr one large piece of salmon

  • garlic 2 cloves,crushed

  • Fresh Lemon and Ginger

  • 2 x Courgette

  • Turmeric spice

  • Avocado

  • Lemon Grass Paste

  • Fresh Basil

  • Chili oil

  • salt and pepper

  • Coconut Rice (or rice of choice)
