This one is going to be very personal to my heart, I’m not sure who knows. that my sister was born with severe brain damage, leaving her blind, unable to walk, talk or have the quality of life most of us have.. besides the difficulties she faced she was STRONG, DETERMINED AND INSPIRING! these are the main qualities, I have always felt I wanted to carry on myself in all I was and all I will be
Lately I have felt a lack of Purpose and growing up knowing what it’s like needing support and care at home for my sister before she had to leave us to go be well and at peace.
I have felt, known and seen my parents struggle and through heart break still bringing me and my brother up to be incredible people.
Also having friends and people around me go through things that have been very uncertain and upsetting lately it’s sparked something inside me
I wanted to really do something.
I’m setting out to make my workouts have a purpose
And not just mine
I will be working out every day one rest day a week if needed but active recovery!! and with a healthy transformation by 19th Dec (12 weeks)!! To see what I can achieve fitness and health wise of course I will prove this with a before and after and logging workouts
And for everyone that workouts out at my classes I’m donating myself! too!!
