Crescent moon, Pizza wraps

one large whole meal or wrap of choice

garlic tomato purée (Morrison’s)

cheese of choice grated two handfuls

spinach

salt and pepper to taste

garlic or Italian herbs can be a nice addition



smoother your wrap in puree as you would a pizza base, add

your cheese and spinach or any other toppings


fold over in half press down the edges


heat a frying pan with a spray of coconut oil or one cal spray

cook each side of your crescent moon pizza till toasted and cooked


enjoy

great for kids

less calories than a dominos
