
Cocoa and Hazelnut shake ( hot or cold)
For the moments you need a little comfort with less damage to the waist line
this is the perfect answer to when the soul needs the chocolate fix.

full cup & a half of milk of choice/ I enjoy coconut - there are so many choices now, personally I prefer dairy free.
1 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste or remove)
1 table spoon of raw cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
small handful of hazelnut
1 small banana
1 tsp of maca powder ( not needed its an extra)
blend all ingredients together and pour over ice or you can heat the milk up slowly, add in the blended ingredients and enjoy it as a hot choc.
simple yet has great benefits to the body, with the added choc craving heaven
this is a great go to when you feel you want to give in.
