Breakfast at Tiffany’s

  • cinnamon powder

  • Nutmeg

  • Ground cardamon

  • Coconut sugar

  • Two whole eggs

  • Two slices of tiger bloomer bread (

my fav)

  • Desiccated coconut

  • Toasted flaked almonds

  • Vanilla essence

  • Honey



Get a large flat tray, or dish ready. In a bowl or jug crack two whole eggs, cover with a blanket of cinnamon powder, nutmeg and ground cardamon.. depending on what you like (I always have more cinnamon)

Add one large table spoon of coconut sugar

Sprinkle to taste your coconut and almonds and a tsp of vanilla essence.

Mix all together


In your flat dish pour out your mixture

With two pieces of bread cover both sides and absorb the mixture.


Have a frying pan on medium heat with a spay of coconut oil

Cook bread on both sides, till golden brown.


Add your berries and yellow plum

Or fruit of choice and a drizzle of honey 🍯


A beautiful treat for you and the family

I save mine for a weekend when I can be present and rested after a hard working week In the gym.
