Truth: none of us feel ready or good enough to begin with, we all have our reason to start workout classes or having a PT

My job has always been more than the ”two more reps” it’s life changing to some..


Here is Nicola Simmonds

After a break due to high demands in her daily routine, and what felt like not enough space to give any time to herself!

Enough was enough and nicola got to action…


Workout classes 6:30am 4 times a week 30mins

Changed her eating habits and had Personal training all with TNTraining twice a week


I have seen nicola come back to herself, glowing, stronger, more energy and feeling so much firmer! Losing over two stone! But mainly firming that body! And changing shape through workouts.


Nicola is a true inspiration to many, with a busy work load daily, a successful business, a family and many other commitments.

Nicola still chose to give herself that time to thrive! In order to give more to all around her.


I couldn’t be prouder of the results, that are truly well deserved and I think we can all agree nicola looks incredible
