cook the chopped broccoli on boil till soft
set aside
in a pan cook your Turkey mince or your choice in a little coconut spray or chilli oil is my favourite
add Italian herbs and garlic salt
add in chopped lettuce, chopped celery, greens of the spring onion
when all is cooked add in your broccoli
and a drizzle of sundried tomato oil,
when all is cooked and warm serve
here’s an idea, kids a bit fussy with greens
grate some cheese over the top and allow to melt or even bake till crispy
